Jessica Smith, RD, LD graduated with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Central Missouri. She completed her dietetic internship at Mississippi State University, focusing on community nutrition with experience including nutrition counseling and education. She is a member of the Academy of nutrition and dietetics. Her passion is focused on creating healthy eating habits and maintain a healthy relationship with food. She enjoys helping people learn how to make the right food choices to create a healthy lifestyle, prevent and manage their chronic conditions, and reach their personal nutrition goals.
