Rachel is a nurse practitioner at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Family Care, North Pointe B. From birth to adults, she sees patients of all ages. Rachel treats acute and chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. She performs women's health and well-child exams. As a mother of three, Rachel is comfortable with children and loves caring for them. She has extensive pediatric critical care and transport experience and is fluent in English and Spanish.
